Welcome to The Little Veggie Kitchen, where I share plant-based recipes that I’ve created with my two young kids in mind, as well as sharing delicious recipes created by others that I’ve cooked and tested out with my family. My hope with this blog is that I can inspire other parents to see that it’s possible to go plant-based with your babies and kids, and that they will gobble up everything on their plant-based plates. I’ve prepared every recipe in my blog, and I’ve included notes with how well my two-year-old liked it, if my 9-month-old liked it, and if it made the grade with my husband. Hopefully my feedback will save you time when looking for kid-friendly plant-based recipes and keep the guesswork to a minimum. With that, let’s cook some delicious meals!
