Meet Janice

My name is Janice and I’ve been vegan since 2011 and plant-based since 2017. Nutrition education and overall health was a big part of why I decided to go vegan and plant-based, and with two little ones now in the mix, eating healthy is paramount in my household. I’m a writer by trade, working in the architecture industry for more than 10 years, then transitioning to a stay-at-home-mom career in 2017 after the birth of my son. I feel best when I’m eating plant-based meals, and I hope that my passion shines through in The Little Veggie Kitchen and can inspire others to cook healthy, tasty meals for their own families.
