It’s rainy, slightly cold outside, and I’m craving a warm cup of hot cocoa. I found a vegan hot cocoa recipe on Living Well Mom’s website and it’s only four ingredients! Almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract—that’s all it takes to mix up a cozy cup of vegan hot cocoa. I only used 1 tablespoon of honey instead of 2 tablespoons because I tend to like my cocoa a little less sweet. And I used a little less cocoa powder as well, about 1.5 tablespoons instead of 2 tablespoons. And yes, both my kids love this recipe!
