Pancakes for Everyone

Vegan, gluten-free pancakes that taste like french toast? YES PLEASE! Last weekend I whipped up a double batch of MOMables Allergy-Friendly Pancakes and they didn’t last long. The consistency and cinnamon flavor of these pancakes remind me more of french toast, which I haven’t had in years. These pancakes transported me back to a time when my husband used to make us french toast for breakfast, before our little kiddos arrived on the scene. The combination of maple syrup, butter, moist bread, and cinnamon can’t be topped, and these Allergy-Friendly Pancakes capture those same qualities to make for a tasty, easy breakfast recipe.

Visit MOMables website for their Allergy-Friendly Pancake recipe.

Kid approved? YES! Hannah devoured these, no coaching required!

Baby approved? YES! Parker enjoyed his pancakes just as much as Hannah did. I only put a small amount of Earth Balance butter on his, no maple syrup. Parker started eating these pancakes at 11 months old.
