Overnight Oats

Busy mornings are a little brighter when breakfast is ready and waiting. These Overnight Oats take about 10 minutes to prep the day before, and they’re a hearty breakfast that can be customized depending on what fruit is in season. (Blackberries are my favorite addition!) So mix up a batch, pop it in the fridge, and enjoy the feeling of waking up in the morning knowing that breakfast is ready and waiting for you.

Kid approved? YES! Hannah eats 1-2 toddler-sized servings when I make Overnight Oats for breakfast. It’s a surefire way to make sure she eats a decent breakfast before heading off to preschool.

Baby approved? YES! I waited until Parker was 9 months old to feed him Overnight Oats, and now he can’t get enough!
