Banana Blueberry Almond Meal Muffins

My kids love muffins, so what could be better than a healthy, vegan, gluten-free muffin?! This recipe was created by Minimalist Baker and it’s simple to make. Make sure you have two ripe bananas, almond meal, flax meal, and oat flour on hand before diving in. I topped mine with fresh blueberries and they were promptly picked off by my toddler, go figure!
